About Us

Mission Statement:
To provide a channel for relief and support to flow from Canada to the impoverished people and victims of AIDS in Africa, in the name of Christ.

Relief & Support Services Canada (RSSC) is a registered , non-profit, charitable society in good standing with Canada Revenue Agency. (Registration # 88756 8061 RR0001).

RSSC is committed to financial accountability and integrity. Formed in 1976, RSSC has 4 directors, each who all volunteer their time and resources.

Since inception, their vision has remained the same, to help support the impoverished people of Africa.

Due to the increased prevalence of AIDS and the increasing numbers of orphaned children, an initiative was undertaken to give these orphans a hope for their future.

To create an awareness of the needs in Africa, and to provide aid to them in the name of Christ.
To raise funds in Canada to support national pastors in Kenya, to assist in their ministry of the gospel of Christ in their local communities.
To provide physical care for AIDS orphans in Africa by raising funds in Canada for the monthly child sponsorship of these children.
To provide a Christian home with caring parents to nurture and love the children who have been orphaned by the AIDS pandemic.
Through training and education, to encourage and establish the long-term self sustainability of individuals and local programs.
