Mission Statement:
To provide a channel for relief and support to flow from Canada to the impoverished people and victims of AIDS in Africa, in the name of Christ.

Commitments:

Relief and Support Services Canada (RSSC) respects and honours our sponsors and sponsored children, their right to have their privacy protected. RSSC is committed to ensure the privacy of all sponsors and the sponsored.
Personal information is given in good faith by sponsors and donors and will only be used to maintain or enhance their relationship with RSSC and sponsored children. Only sponsors' names are given to sponsored children.
RSSC will likewise protect the rights of sponsored children and their families, providing only Information deemed necessary and appropriate to maintain the relationship between children and their sponsors.
RSSC upholds our commitment to Jesus Christ and concern for children is the priority for RSSC and their staff.
RSSC will restrict the frequency of any material sent to sponsors from the RSSC organization to essential information.
Sponsors may remove their name from the RSSC mailing list at any time.
RSSC will inform sponsors about child poverty, our response and encourage them to pray for the children, write to them, and provide financial support.

Collection, use and management of information:

Personal information is only collected when necessary and is supplied with consent.
Individuals or groups can, for instance, make an anonymous donation or enquiry.
Personal details are required to link a sponsor with a child, to process and post a receipt, letter, send new or updated child information, establish periodic payments, and maintain the relationship between sponsors and RSSC.
